How to install:
1.Remove the glass surface from the mirror
.Stick the heated pad at the back of removed glass surface
3.Connect the pad to DC 12V power, then put the glass surface back to mirror
The time which is needed to fully defrost your mirrors depends on the weather. Usually it takes about 2~4 minute
